We offer free shipping all the time within the continental U.S. We offer this service, because we think you will love our dresses, and we want to get them to you as inexpensively as possible. To ensure secure delivery of your merchandise, Project Gravitas does not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO boxes.
Our standard, free shipping should take 4-5 business days. For express shipping we offer a $30 overnight service. If your order is placed before 3pm ET on a weekday, we will ship it out that same day. Â If your order is placed after 3pm ET on a weekday, or if your order is placed on a weekend, we will ship it out the next business day.
Our return process is easy with our standard free shipping. You may return items purchased from Project Gravitas, at no charge, for up to 90 days from the shipping date. Items may be returned for credit for up to 365 days from the shipping date. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with Return Tags - which come affixed to the label - still attached.
Your order will have arrived with a return form and a prepaid FedEx shipping label. Simply fill in the form and affix the prepaid FedEx label to the packing box. Then bring the package to the nearest FedEx store, or hand it to a FedEx driver. Please note that our prepaid labels are applicable only to shipments within the continental United States.
As part of our 90-day return policy, all returns must be received and processed within 90 days of shipment. Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days. You will receive an email from us confirming that your return has been received, and that your refund has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return request for the refund to be processed. Your financial institution may take up to ten days to post the refund to your account.
